2:21:04 / 10:03 late morning run. so ridiculously hot and the forecast did not look better for the evening... Sooooo instead of giving up gave myself walk breaks. Oh well - at least the lines are (kinda) in. First long run since adopting the new pup. And first time I leave the house without Francisco barking his little head off. Win-win :-)
